I liked its newly renovated and large rooms.
I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with great bed. The location was marvellous and handy, for example, a year-round beach was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Fairly friendly staff who cared about me.

I enjoyed buffet breakfasts with the real products and the scrambled eggs, for instance. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each spotless room had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Consider using the quieter pool at the back for a more relaxed swimming experience, especially during busy times.

I've booked a double room with tv and everything was perfect. A mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control were included. The hotel was in a beachfront location to Malaga centre by train.

There was nothing to like!!!! It was awful!!!
The room was old-fashioned and there were bird feathers on the floor when we arrived. The bathroom looked as if it was furnished at least a hundred years ago. The pictures available online are not compatible with reality!!!!! The pool was crowded every single day. It was also very noisy in the room, you could hear other people talking, which made it difficult to sleep! Breakfast was the same every day.Very monotonous!! The hotel was an awful experience. The worst hotel we´ve ever been!!!

The hotel is located just in front of the seaside, excellent location. The hotel is clean and the staff very welcoming and efficient. It is a large hotel, but not a typical tower-block to pack tourists.
No parking available (and it's very difficult to park on the street). Rooms are nice but quite small ... and noisy (since the guests need to slam the doors in order to close them properly).

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I found ths staff unhelpful and I think we got a bad room as we were only staying one night. WE had to carry three heavy cases up a flight of stairs with out any hotel staff offering any assistance. THE standard at the hotel has declined even since my stay last year. They do not value customers who return and seemed rather sceptical when I advised a staff member that I had just book a room on the internet 10minutes before arriving. WE had a long wait before we got a key to a rather shabby room.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The proximity to the beach. the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. The whole place was spotless. The staff were cleaning all day. There was entertainment every night and there was great variety. The food was great, and there was a variety of restaurants very close to the hotel along the beach which were also very good. It was very restful and I really enjoyed my two weeks. I would go back in the morning.

The animation team was excellent, engaging with children and adults alike. However, the dining options were limited, often repetitive, making meal times less enjoyable during our stay.
